fly into the modern Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
American Airlines, Continental Airlines, United Airlines and
others serve this site from major hubs in North America. The
airport has recently been updated and remodeled. It is now
a welcoming modern facility. Small enough to easily
navigate, PVR also has the features of many larger North
American airports - bright, open, well-marked spaces and
comfortable accommodations. Shop for your last minute
souvenirs and eat at familiar restaurants while you wait for your flight.
Your vacation destination is a short fifteen minute ride from the
airport. You can catch a taxi at the airport exit or rent
a car - we have a parking spot available for each of our Villa Magna
units. Don't allow yourself to be seduced by the "agents"
at the exit from customs - unless your objective is to visit
time-shares while you're here. They may offer you free
tours and rides to our facility, but do this ONLY if this is
your interest. Otherwise, walk right on past them to the
taxi stand at the curb.
Getting around the Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta
area is quite easy. If you don't have your own car, you
have easy access to taxi services and the very capable public
transportation buses that run into Puerto Vallarta. We can
even put you in contact with private drivers if you like.
A bus into town will cost you just MX$5 - or about US$0.50. |
